PUF Ventures holders approve Natures Hemp spinoff

PUF VENTURES REPORTS SPECIAL MEETING RESULTS

PUF Ventures Inc. has released the voting results of its special meeting held on Aug. 7, 2018. A total of 10,492,782 common shares representing 17.81 per cent of the issued shares of the company were represented at the meeting. All resolutions presented to the shareholders were approved (see the SEDAR filing of the company's information circular dated June 18, 2018).

Shareholders voted 98.4 per cent in favour of the plan of arrangement, which involves the distribution of common shares of Natures Hemp Corp. to the shareholders of the company and 98.3 per cent in favour of the adoption of a 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan of Natures Hemp.
