Sproutly Canada hires Hybrid Financial for IR services
SPROUTLY ANNOUNCES ENGAGING HYRBRID FINANCIAL LTD FOR MARKETING SERVICES
Sproutly Canada Inc. has retained Hybrid Financial Ltd. to provide marketing and investor relations services, pursuant to an agreement and commenced marketing services on Jan. 2, 2019. Hybrid Financial has been engaged to heighten market awareness and brand awareness for Sproutly Canada, as well as to broaden the company's reach with investors.
Hybrid Financial is a sales and distribution company working in the financial industry on behalf of clients across several market sectors. Hybrid Financial's unique approach helps effectively and efficiently build brands and launch products on behalf of small, medium and large clients. Offices in Toronto and Montreal allow Hybrid Financial to comprehensively cover both U.S. and Canadian markets.

The six-month agreement has Hybrid Financial being compensated at $14,000 per month, in addition to an option to purchase up to 350,000 shares of the company, which will be awarded in two instalments: 50 per cent set within one week of the agreement commencing and the remaining 50 per cent in April, 2019. The options will be exercisable at market price when awarded and have a five-year expiry.
There is no prior relationship between Hybrid Financial and the corporation, nor is there any direct or indirect interest in the corporation or its securities or any right or intent to acquire such an interest on the part of Hybrid Financial.
