Atlas Growers™ Receives Cultivation and Production Licenses from Health Canada
EDMONTON, Alberta, Oct. 15, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ATLAS GROWERS LTD. (“Atlas” or the “Company”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlas Biotechnologies Inc., is pleased to announce that it has received its Cultivation and Production licenses for its phase 1, 38,000 square foot production Facility from Health Canada pursuant to the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (“ACMPR”). With this licensing, Atlas will be able to produce dried cannabis, cannabis oil, cannabis resin, fresh cannabis, cannabis plants and cannabis seeds. Atlas’ purpose-built facility has an estimated production capacity of over 5,000 kg per year and utilizes cutting edge cultivation technology designed and overseen by esteemed Mr. Jim Hole, VP Cultivation for Atlas.
