Auxly Announces Listing of Warrants
Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. (TSX.V - XLY) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") for the listing of 32,200,000 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") of the Company on the TSXV as a supplemental listing. The Warrants were issued pursuant to a debenture unit offering of the Company completed on January 16, 2018. The Warrants are expected to commence trading on the TSXV under the symbol "XLY.WT.A" at the open of the market on July 30, 2018.

Auxly Announces Director Resignation

Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. (TSX.V:XLY) ("Auxly" or the "Company") has announced today that following his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of a federal agency, Invest in Canada, Ian McKay has resigned as a director of the Company’s Board of Directors. The Company has initiated a search for a new director to replace Mr. McKay.
