C21 Investments Inc. (CSE: CXXI) today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Grön Chocolate LLC and Grön Confections (GrönCBD) LLC, together, one of Oregon's largest companies specializing in premium consumer packaged edible cannabis products.
