Cannabis Consortium Posts a Copy of the Conditional Use Permit, “CUP” to Otcmarkets
The CUP will transfer with the sale of the building, and was attached to the lease of the space until the closing occurs. Cannabis Consortium and its partners made sure that they locked down the CUP for themselves. The City of Sacramento has supplied a list of upgrades that need to be completed prior to the issuance of the city business permit. These upgrades have been started and will be completed in the next couple weeks. Once the upgrades have been inspected, the business permit should be issued.

Cannabis Consortium’s 15-Acre Hemp Farm Will Begin Its Harvest in October
Global currently has two buyers lined up to purchase the Bio-Mass for a minimum of $1.5 million and as much as $3 million exceeding the initial estimate per acre. The difference in sale price is dependent on the final weight of the plants after the harvest.  Global and Green Matter will split the proceeds 50/50 once the Bio-Mass is sold in November.
