May 13, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Acreage Holdings, Inc. (“Acreage”) (CSE: ACRG.U) (OTCQX: ACRGF) (FSE: 0ZV) today announced it has entered into a Letter of Intent (the “Letter of Intent”) with GreenAcreage Real Estate Corp., a newly formed REIT (“GARE”), negotiated at arm’s length, under which GARE would purchase and lease back to Acreage cannabis related real estate assets.
