(TSX-V:GTEC) (OTCQB:GGTTF) (FRA: 1BUP) (“GTEC” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced upsized private placement offering led by Sprott Capital Partners LP (the “Agent”) by issuing 11,582,869 units of the Company (each a “Unit” and collectively, the “Units”) at a price of $0.55 per Unit for gross proceeds of $6,370,577.95.

(CSE: CROP) (OTC: CRXPF) (Frankfurt: 2FR) announced today it has closed its previously announced $0.30-unit non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $3,086,244 by issuance of 10,287,480 units.
