(CSE: CXXI) had signed a letter of intent to acquire Grön Chocolate LLC and Grön Confections (GrönCBD) LLC in Oregon, the company surpassed US$75 million in pending and closed acquisitions in the United States since its relaunch as a cannabis company in January of 2018.
