ICC International Cannabis Announces Effective Date for Name Change
Sept. 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ICC International Cannabis Corp. (formerly Kaneh Bosm BioTechnology Inc.) (CSE: KBB)(FWB: 8K51)(OTC: KNHBF)( the “Company”) is pleased to announce that further to its news release dated September 17, 2018, the Company has changed its name from “Kaneh Bosm BioTechnology Inc.” to “ICC International Cannabis Corp.”.  The Company’s common shares will begin trading under the new name on September 20, 2018.  There will be no change to the symbol and the Company’s common shares will continue to trade under the ticker “KBB”.  The CUSIP number assigned to the Company’s common shares following the name change is 451079107 (ISIN: CA45107911078). No action is required to be taken by shareholders with respect to the name change. Outstanding share certificates are not affected by the name change and do not need to be exchanged.
